In the recent time, there have a major big problem which is faced by Newcastle united FC
that is related with decreasing performance of player. From the different possible main areas of
football club like player, CSR, yearly membership, fans etc. the areas of concern are player
which is chosen to give best solution dashboard is presented (Dunning, 2013). The respective
dashboard is prepared by implementing the main parameter of analysing performance of entire
team of club in part few years. Due to the lower performances of player there have been
continuous decrease in the brand value and club overall profit margin are also reducing.
It is obvious that weak performance of player in football league and club’s matches will
give birth to other problems also like fan base will reduce by a certain percentage, revenue will
decrease in the meanwhile through advertisements and merchandising. The problem statement
related with this issue will be “Newcastle United FC player’s performance is continuously
decreasing which is the major issue”. Thus to create systematic solution to the above problem,
suitable dashboard is prepared which includes number of parameters like total goals, fouls,
penalties etc. that are useful in analysing the weak performances of player in the part years. This
enables the manager to determine the reasons behind the lower performance and help them out to
prepare better system which can increase the same in future time (Hamilton and Webster, 2018).

In context to overcome the above discussed issue different theories can be used which will
give the best suitable solution in desired time. Problem of NUFC is very big that needed to be
resolved as soon as possible so different models like 6 W’s theory, PDCA model etc. can be
implemented. These techniques have the same objective that is to make a valid patter in regard to
resolve problem. By implementing these theories responsible person can determine the issue,
analyse it properly and review again and again to make possible actions plans that can lower the
risk and resolve in the meanwhile (Horwitz and Budhwar, 2015). These model are also beneficial
in the sense that safety measure must be strong enough which do not let the problem rise again.
These theories also involve the determinant of numerous manner that help to mitigate issue and
to develop the best in order to reduce the impact.

administrative team of football club use particular mission standard to analyse the actual
objective of NFUC (Knudsen and Moon2017). In order to develop the standpoint, the
performances of the whole team are based on existence of some special member which have a
craze among customer which support to increase the overall profit margin. They give 100% in
every match which succeed to win matches that can lead to higher success in the club ranking.
The dashboard prepared give a depth information of about last 2 years relevant to each club
player. Thus, evaluation of business review demonstrate that NUFC have make a heavy
investment the resources in the wages of player but the overall performance is decreasing in
every match in recent time (Kuada, 2016). It is also observed that Newcastle united club do not
have professional player so manager must encourage them to give their 100% in every match.
There must a policy which focus on preventing the unwanted transfer of sportsman in other club
in order to cut their cost.
The dashboard prepared provides the data related with the player age, weight, height,
position played, existence in matches, total goal, losses, wins, penalties, different cards, yellow
or red. Moreover, information related with fouls, goals conceded, passes by every player during
the matches are also included in the dashboard. The slicer is also used within the dashboard

which is a useful tool that help in sorting of information. Likewise, if manager wants to review
the performance of forward player ALEXANDAR MITROVIC then they can just click the slier
and get the detail information about the same (Ning and Ou-mai, 2013). All the presented
information is meaningful in making a correct examination of current performance of team
member during matches which further beneficial to make valuable steps that aid to increase
performance. From the dashboard, it is observed that Jamaal Lascelles is from England and is a
good defender for the team. He is 26-year-old with total height of 188 cm and have recently
played a session of 2019-20. Total appearance of Jamaal during the matches were 12 times and
he was able to make 1 goal in league match. Under his appearance team was able to win 4
matches and there were 5 losses and total number of clean sheet in these match was 2. The total
goals conceded was 18 and Jamaal receive single yellow card for his misbehaviours during the
match. In total he was able make 298 successful pass to his team member and only make 10
fouls which is not consider to be a good sign while playing in such as big club. The entire
information is presented in the dashboard and valuable graph are prepared which ease the
process of making decision regarding decreasing performance of players. Furthermore, the
performance ALEXANDAR MITROVIC can be reviewed with the support of dashboard like he
is 25 years with 189 cm tall form Serbia and play on forward position. In year 2018-19 he
appears for 37 times in which he makes 11 goals and was able to make only 7 wins to his team
and there were 25 losses. He continuously shows a good contribute in the matches as he was able
to make 1026 pass and make 61 fouls in which he gets 7 yellow card. The forward graph shows
the detail performance of ALEXANDAR MITROVIC in year 2018-19 which ease in making
decision weather performance was good or not in the entire year. Throughout recent years,
Newcastle United FC leadership has also evaluated the role of the recollection business and

2019-20. Various cards, targets, clean sheets, losses and passes, appearance will be covered. The
dashboard is used to create 4 + 1 unique diagrams for every positon, i.e. goalkeeping, centre-
fields, forward and defence players, together with a distinct diagram for red and yellow tokens. A
slicer with the quality of one team at such a time will be positioned on the dashboard. The game
title can be chosen on the slicer and the quality of the player is shown on the chart in which the
goalkeeper is allocated position. In turn, a foul map is also created which can aid to monitor
increasing employee's results. The percentage of yellow cards in 2019-20 expanded, indicating
that players were less centred because of a degradation of quality in the first league.

Conclusion and recommendations
Form the entire discussion it is determined that NFUC is needed to make specific changes
in the approaches while treating player. There must be effective training for every player and
professional coaches must be hired that help to increase their performance in stage matches.
Moreover, each player must be provided more chances in matches so that they can learn new
tactics and strategies of other players that will further beneficial in winning matches. Manager on
the basis of performance can categories the team in two section like weak performer and average
performer. This help in making better strategies for both team that enables in improving the
overall performances of football club. Thus, in the end of report, it is concluded that dashboard
must be authentic and suitable to the scenario that help in analysing performance and
determining the weak areas. It is also supportive in making better strategies which will further
effective in making strategies to increase the lower performance of player.
