The next department is the Creative, Media and Production department which is
responsible for the marketing and advertising the products in the company. This department will
comprise of 51 members.
Human Resource and Finances department is also part of the company. It will comprise
of only 13 employees who are responsible for the HR and also the financial duties in the
company.
The NSI company will be in need of IT consultants who will be responsible for the
maintenance of the whole network system and ensure that each department is comfortable with
the new Network Infrastructure. The IT department will comprise of only 4 dedicated
employees.

Features of Windows Server 2016
The NSI company will use the 2016 Windows Server has various features which include
the following:
Nano Server
Nano is the final product of Microsoft refactoring the center bits of Windows Server to its
insignificantly utilitarian state. Refactoring is the way toward investigating a current code base
with an eye toward disentanglement. It's so negligible, actually, that it doesn't have any
immediate UI other than the new Emergency Management support. A Nano occasion is overseen
remotely utilizing Windows PowerShell, or different instruments, to incorporate the way toward
including new jobs, Marshall, Reynolds and McCrory (2016).

The NSI company will use the Nano Server which is more operational since it has fewer
reboots unlike other Microsoft Servers like the Microsoft Azure. This is a special feature which
increases the security in the company.
Capacity Replica
Microsoft has bolstered replication in the realm of Hyper-V, yet it has been constrained
so far to offbeat replication of virtual hard plates. That changes with Windows Server 2016, as
you currently can repeat whole volumes at the square dimension. Further, you can pick among
synchronous and offbeat replication, Ives,Hamilton and Davis (2010).
This component, called Storage Replica, is fundamentally gone for debacle recuperation
situations where a "hot" reinforcement is required for a fast flop over in the event of a
noteworthy disaster. Server-to-server and Cluster-to-cluster are both upheld.
Deployment and Server Editions
In the NSI company, the total servers to be used will amount to four servers. The
Executive department will be installed with one server which will be used by the administrators
to govern all processes in the company. It will store and back up information in cloud server
system for easy retrieval and also improve on the security of the information.
The accounts and sales department will also be installed with one server which will be
used to keep a record of all the accounting processes taking place in the company. This will be
used by the admins in this department and should not be disclosed to the other departments due
to privacy issues.

In reference to Stallings (2014) the creative and the HR department will be installed with
one server whereby the employees in this department will have to share the server since they
work in a common field.
The other server will be installed in the workstation located in Boston where it will be
used by the Executive department to send an organized information to the main office in Detroit.
The Executive server will be used of type Datacenter server since it will be used to
organize all data from the other departments and back up data in the cloud server. This server
will be important for business continuity and data communications components.
The accounting and sales department server will be used of type standard server. This
ensures security such that the employees can avoid the common configuration flaws which
normally exposes the systems.
Sever core will be installed in all departments in order to ensure that there are no security
vulnerabilities in the system. It will also reduce the memory and disk usage thus increase in
speed, Thomas (2017).
In the Detroit site, three servers will be installed where the Executive department will
have a server to control all information from all departments. The accounts and sales will also
have a server which will be used to keep a record of the sales in the company and also update on
the accounts record of the company. The Creative and HR department will share one server
which will be used to send the organized data to the executive department.

Active Directory
The active directory in the NSI company will be responsible for strengthening security
legislations for each workstation and installing and ensuring that software is up to date. They
authenticate the users and the work stations in the company, Parkinson, Somaraki and Ward
(2016).
In the NSI organization, the clients will be appropriated in a few offices with the end goal

DNS and DHCP
Referring to Keller et al (2012) dynamic Host Configuration Protocol utilizes a scope of
addresses with alternatives to furnish customers with IP address arrangements to work on the
system. DHCP servers are designed with extensions by an overseer to oversee IP addressing in
the system.
Scopes are otherwise called pools, that contain an extension of IP address for a subnet,
rent time and choices for arrangement.

DHCP fault tolerance form will be utilized. The DHCP tradition allows the execution of
adjustment to non-basic disappointment and weight modifying very successfully. Exactly when
two DHCP servers are related with a comparative IP subnet, and the two servers are organized to
serve IP addresses on this subnet, the tradition handles all disputes between the two servers. A

The DHCP reservation for servers will be used since reservations is convenient if there is
need to relocate to another subnet. Mostly the subnet is changed on the DHCP server and every
one of the customers will naturally be updated to the new subnet. Utilizing DHCP reservations is
decent in light of the fact that you have a central point that you can go and query the IP address
of a machine.

When designing the DNS namespace, the following rules should be followed:
Use registered domain names
Do not use top level domain names which are of commonly known companies.

Handling the DNS for the second site
The best possible path in different site is point neighborhood DNS server in its interface
card as favored domain name system and same site different domain system. It is possible that
you point itself or different domain system server in its interface card as a favored system where
both are approved of setup viewpoint. It is better to point to another system server in the

it can converse with domain controllers and get legitimate authentication ticket for confirmation
and assets get to.

Create software distribution points: One of the means in sending programming is to
guarantee that clients can get to the important records. SDPs are the mutual organizers on the
system that contain the records expected to introduce the sent applications. Every client that
should send programming ought to most likely access the SDP. The NTFS authorizations ought
to be Read and Execute for the SDP and the important subfolders, so clients have consents to get
to the organizer that contains the product establishment bundle.
Design the product deployment establishment properties for the GPO: The Software
Installation Properties discourse box contains four tabs that are utilized to set setup choices for
the product that ought to be sent:
General tab: This is the place clients set the default area all things considered, set the
default an incentive for distributing or appointing, and set establishment UI choices.
Propelled tab: This tab incorporates alternatives, for example, consequently uninstalling
applications when the GPO never again applies to the client or PC, putting away OLE data in
Active Directory, and empowering 64-bit Windows customers to introduce 32-bit Windows
Installer applications.
Document Extensions tab: Users design which record expansions ought to be gotten to by
applications on the File Extensions tab.
Classifications tab: Applications classifications fill a helpful need when an association
has an extensive amount of distributed applications. The Categories tab enables clients to make
and compose applications by classes so clients can undoubtedly find the applications in the

File and Printer Sharing
Alluding to Breugst and Magedanz (2018), in sharing files on a system the most
importantly concern is who will approach those assets and at what levels. Overseeing record
servers in a functioning catalog condition can be dull, and the way that it must be completed one
client at any given moment makes it a standout amongst the most tedious exercises for a
framework executive.
The file server management aspect highlight in AD Manager Plus engages executives to
deal with client's NTFS and permissions of share in mass. You should simply pick the common
file, and after that investigate and characterize the entrance control of clients’ dependent on their

Conclusion and Recommendation
NSI Company network implementation will cause a number of factors which will enable
the company to run more efficient. Processes I the company will be automated such that the
system user will experience a fast system by the use of various technologies including instant
messaging when it comes to communication. The use of cloud database will also improve the
processes of the company since data will never be lost and also the data security will have
improved. The networking design will save their time by use of emails which is a convenient
way of electronic message transfer.
We recommend the NSI Company to plan using a more secure way of transmitting data
from one end to the other. These can be done through data encryption where only the two ends
can understand.
