which is related with health. The paper will discuss about the mission, vision, values and a
brief history of the organization. The paper will also discuss the structure and model of
corporate governance of the organization. The paper will also brief about the industry in

Discussion
There are more than 1.5 million Non Government Organizations which are currently
operating in Australia (Shannon & Leyendekkers 2018). Most of the Non Government
Organizations are known for operating in women rights, children health care and education,
healthcare as a whole, child abuse and other types of issues. The paper will discuss about The
Transparent Hands Foundation. The organization is to provide various types of surgeries to
the poor people who are living in the unprivileged areas of the world (Ngo, Krishnan and
Boutsalis 2018).
