Charity events are organize in the interest of people which is beneficial for the
country as well. Continuous development and growth can be possible with the help of this
event. Various types of activities and functions are conducted in this event. The successful
charity event require perfect planning and making strategies in order to smooth working of
entire functions. Further, it is the fund raising event but before starting organizations have t
take permission. These events consists lots of time and fund. The fund which is collected are
used for the local people. The report is based on NHS organization which is going to organise
charity events. NHS is the public heath care service which is incorporated in the united
kingdom for maintain health service of local public. The company is funding the government
which is incorporated for local people. An public entity must organise charity event for the
purpose of offering support to people and maintain their health related issues by providing
best possible solutions to them (Kerzner, 2013). Various types of activities are also conducted
during this event which build up awareness of individuals as well as families.
TASK
Framing of charity plans is the hardest responsibility of company which is going to
organize charity events. Members of NHS have to make plans and strategies which are able
to fulfil their desired goals and objectives. This company identify needs of health
development of people then make decisions accordingly. Effective planning help companies
to meet target. Providing health care services in a worldwide is the basic objectives of public
entity (Meredith and Mantel Jr, 2011). The main objectives or goals of charity events are as
aligned below:
Raising awareness- It is the basic responsibility of every company for raising
awareness in people which is help remove conflicts and upgrade information. NHS spread
information about health care which maintain health of local people. They fight with various
types of deceases or remove health related problems (Verzuh, 2015).

On the basis of above report it has been concluded that, NHS organized charity events
in order to improve standard of people and provide health care services to them. Health
related issues are can be reduce with the help of this event. The main objective of this project
is collecting fund from various sources and use them in the interest of local people's health.
Effective team working is improve performance of the company. Team leaders is responsible
to motivate its subordinates for completing work in a timely manner. Charity events needs
effective time management techniques which is framed by the members who are working in a
group. Group discussion able to enhance knowledge and work quality of members. Individual
learning can be possible with the help of team working. Organization use Gantt chart for
maintain current schedule of it and successfully attain their set of targets. This chart is help
for companies for smooth working of it. Efficient use of resources can be possible with the
help of this chart. With the help of communication skills members are able to share their
views and information and completing task in a timely manner.
