Project description: Employee perception of the promotion of health and wellbeing of the
employees holds huge importance, for proper development of health and wellbeing
systematically (Abbas and et.al, 2021). Health and wellbeing of employees hold huge
importance, as healthcare sector is diversified and growing towards new health and wellbeing
demands among employees.
Background: NHS aims to bring on new extended employee welfare services, where extended
employee perceptions analysis holds huge importance. NHS aims to advance up new
promotional activities for synchronizing health and wellbeing of employees, which further
develops one of the most essential parameter. Measuring performance of safety protocols and
improvising patient handling plays crucial role, along with user safety medical equipment for
strengthening working goals on extended paradigms (San Juan and et.al, 2021).
Core literature: NHS core literature will be researched on, for integrating extended core
scenarios and implementing health and wellbeing of employees innovatively. Perceptions of
employees in promotion of health and wellbeing among employees will be accessed on, for
gaining rapid scale goals analysed imperatively.
Aim and objectives:
To identify importance of employer perceptions in promotion of health and wellbeing of
employees within healthcare scenarios.

Methodology and data resources
Proposed Research method: Qualitative research method, will be used within recent project for
improvising working scenarios for analysing employer perceptions of health and wellbeing
within employees. Research will be undertaken in qualitative format, for imperatively expanding
keen new healthcare aspects and generating diverse promotion of health and wellbeing scenarios.
