INTRODUCTION
Social and healthcare industry is one of the emerging industry in UK, there are numbers
of companies are working in this sector in nation in order to provision of various types of
healthcare services. In the report, the company has been selected which ism NHS England, UK
based the largest health and social care organisation. In addition to it, the report will be discussed
about to various effective terms and approaches of professional career development in healthcare
sector. Apart from it, the report also will be discussed about planning or implementation of
professional career development plans of the organisation.

P 1.1 Compare personal values principles with the principles of support for working in health
and social care
Health and social care one of the biggest sector in UK, there are rapid changes can be
seen in industry (Ventola, 2014). The government of the nation is taking various types of
initiatives to making proper development in this sector and also for make it very high profile.
Own personal value and principles to work in heath and social care play vital role in order to
provision of health and social care services in organisation.

Working within a team is effective challenges for me in order functioning of team works
in practices (Pedler, ed., 2011.). Varied of interpersonal skills has been made great impact on my
performance in team working in respect to furnishing effective healthcare facilitate to clients.
While working as health services manager, I have provided proper suggestions about improving
healthcare services with effectiveness in NHS England organisation in context of gaining better
feedback for patients. I have made suggestion to improving traditional manner of health and
social care services (Munn-Giddings and Winter, 2013). I told them, we must implementation of
innovation in our healthcare equipment and mechanism, so it will assist the firm to establishing
an effective service care organisation in industry. The most issues can be seen, which is, making
communication with clients from home. Most of out clients are not able to comes to clinics to
having services. They demand for getting services and information about their treatment and
suggestion about healthcare from home, workplace etc. I advise my senior manager and all team
member to furnishing healthcare facilitate from clinic to home by using variety of innovative
communicational tools and techniques, which assist them to better connect with clients.

practice
Knowing each other personally: This is an essential term for working collaboratively
within the health and social care industry. It has been seen that, there are numbers of issues are
being arisen in order to making proper communication with each other in my team. So I need to
persona knowing every team member to each other in respect to identify each one's personal
strength and weaknesses (McNiff, 2010). So communication is major barriers which is faced by
new member in team. So in case of taking other team member's responsibilities, I need to know
them personally.

Motivating teams: Lack of motivation could be major barriers for effective team in
health and social care sector. Often times, I have seen that, my team members are experiencing
lack of effective motivation within them, which is making major cause of falling quality and
effectiveness of healthcare services at workplace. So I used to make motivate my all team
members in order to improving service provision process of the team and it will reduce the
barriers of the firm, which is arising because of lack of motivation.

Apart from it, I am weaken with establishing better relationship with clients, so it affected on
making relations skills (Kind, Genrich, Sodhi and Chretien, 2010).
I am emotionally getting attached with my employees who coming at healthcare workplace, so

Threats:
There are frequent changes can be seen in the regulation and legislation of the nation. So I need
to comply with them and keep on updated myself in order to better success of my professional
career.

development. I need to acquire various types of essential skills and techniques to getting career
objectives in easy form (DuBois and Miley, 2013).

Professional relationships: This is a kind of relationship that can be managed by group

establishing relationship with similar professionals at workplace and senior healthcare manager
as well. In case of NHS England, multiple numbers of professionals are working in the firm. So I
need to make better relationship with all of them, result on it, with the help of all of them, I will
be able to gain more experience from my seniors at workplace.
Relationship with team members: It has been seen that, effective relationship with team
member improve the performance of team in organisation. In case of healthcare industry,
working with collaboratively is necessary terms for each one in industry to gaining sufficient
knowledge and working experience in health and social care sector. It has been seen that, there
are numbers teams are working in industry, so in order to become an effective team leader, I
need to learn several new things in the business by which sufficient form of development can be
raised. Thus, it can be said that, I require to establishing positive relationship with my all team
members in order to improving performances of whole team.

Some essential personal effectiveness make impact in promoting and supporting rights of
individual in the team in order to gathering knowledge which can assist them to achievement of

employees are working in NHS England, I need to use of some of my interpersonal skills such as
challenging behaviours, employees respective prospect and managing crucial circumstances at
workplace, so it can assist me to proving my personal effectiveness to completion of each
healthcare services provision activities in respective manner. So I will be able to better
understand each one at workplace (American Nurses Association, 2010). Sometimes, it has been
noticed that, collective working skills of mine assist each individual to making improvement in

relevant functioning of various business activities of healthcare sector. So it will assist them to
encounter the various professional relationship issues incur in the business.
