Aim of the study
The aim of this study is to make the community members aware about their health, ageing
complications, and available services within their locality. Important information regarding
complication such as cancer, dementia, pain, and oral health have been discussed in this study.
Also, relevant information about welfare, healthy living tips, and mental health wellbeing are
discussed.
Strength
The strength include:
- Providing complete overview of health concerns;
- Strategies to manage healthy-being is discussed; and
- Available services are detailed, including the helpline numbers.
The corresponding effect on community members is that they will be aware of the health
complications and will be educated regarding effective strategies to adopt for managing self-
health concerns (Huijg, et al., 2015).
Weakness
- The information present might not be helpful for people with dementia people.
- Additionally, the community members, who requires visual aid and carer support for
reading, cannot take advantage of the given information.
- The information presented gives contact number and suggestion to meet physician,
however it does not provide recommendation for self-management.
- The possible solution suggested for all complication is to visit the local care center or
meet physician. This in turn can increase the health burden on the local facilities. In

Overall, the objective is to, render effective lifestyle maintenance, measures to adopt healthy
living, and provision to avail the health services are given in this study. The objective is to
maximize good living condition and achieve quality of living.
