Project Task
This report is based on leading the team and managing the project of performing a
induction programme effectively in NHS. This programme will help to develop the knowledge
of community members who engaged as volunteers in the organization. In this, all team members
is require to manage their event by placing people at right place. The of the project is to organise
the induction programme successfully and get ready people to work for poor people. The
delivery and time frame of this task is 2 day in which task is require to be complete.
Organizational structure of team
Functional organization structure is followed by NHS in which all members of
community works collectively. This can be explained as hierarchical type of structure where
people are grouped as per their specialisation. In relation to current project, all team members
will be supervised by community service manager who is expert in this field.
The roles and responsibilities of team is being allocate by service manager as this person
analysed the skills and abilities of each individual that would help to complete the project timely.
All team member will perform their function or roles by understanding task properly and put
their efforts to finish it well.
A Feedback loop

The feedback loop is prepared by service manager by collecting information from all
team members and filling the feedback form. In this, outputs of a system are circled back and
used as inputs that can help to bring the changes. All the information will be collected by using
the feedback loop that will help to know that what changes are require to introduce in plan or
entire project.

Team development theory is defined as process of that use to start a project by deciding
timescales and ending it properly. This model involves forming, storming, norming, and
performing stages that needs to be evaluate and complete the project. The team members is
require to have communication skills, coordination, problem solving, managing talent, accepting
new innovation, and leadership skills which are most important to handle any project and getting
the work done effectively. By having all skills and requirements service management would
complete the project in decided time horizon.
Process to resolve performance matters
To resolve the matter there is need to identify problems first which are connected to
project. To share with team members and get new ideas that can help to solve. To evaluate the
ideas and use team development theory that can help to work collaboratively. This can help to
increase the performance by resolving problems. Moreover, KPI tool will be use by manager to
measure performance and develop it effecrtively.

The service management and top management plays an important role at the workplace
who introduce goals and allocate the work among team. If any problem has been raised while
working then management is responsible to solve it. To solving internal problem, proper
communication, sharing information, and providing the optimum solution is effective ways. On
the other hand, to solve problem externally change model, motivation, and observation method
should be use that can help to manage good performance.
