providing efficient support as well as facilities to individual especially those who are in
vulnerable community. These institutions or organizations are conducting their roles and
responsibilities to offer better living condition to individual. In relation with present research this
is conducted to identify the role of public services in supporting vulnerable groups in society. To
conduct this research NHS, United Kingdom is being selected. Furthermore it has been evaluated
that there are wide range of strategies that has been duly implemented by this public service
organization with the name to offer efficient as well as effective support to vulnerable groups
within community. Furthermore, it has been underlined that due to the outbreak of COVID-19
this public service organization have gone through number of challenges and issues which
affected their manner of providing services and facilities to individual. Present research duly
include discussion on the impact of global pandemic an evolving role of public services in
supporting vulnerable groups within society. Along this with the help of proper literature review
