INTRODUCTION
 Innovation in its modern meaning is "a new idea, creative thoughts,
and new imaginations in form of device or method".
 It also can be defined as finding better solutions to the problems by
implementing and making use of innovative ideas and creativity.
 Innovation can be bringing up by the new start-ups or even by old
enterprises in order to meet-out the needs and demands of consumers.
 Present report will lay emphasis on National health organization
(NHS) that is going to bring out the new innovation such as remote
health monitoring system

 This monitoring device will make use of

individual’s heart rate, blood pressure rate,
respiratory rate.

NHS in order to solve the problem related to extra work load of staff
members and also to enhance the health outcome of the patients.
Health monitoring device will assist in monitoring the rates of
patients in order to help health care professionals.
 Involving right people: In order to make this innovation a success
NHS will involve in taking support from all staff members and health
care professionals. Organization will also be engaged in discussing
the idea with them (Li, Porter and Suominen, 2018).

VARIOUS FACTORS AFFECTING THE IMPLEMENTATION
PLAN.
 Political factors: It has been analysed that changes in government
policies and regulations can impact the implementation plan. NHS might
face various political problems while launching this new device (Joe,
2019).
 Economic factor: In this if the unemployment rate in country has
increased than NHS will not is able to pay the people who are engaged in
developing of this device. This can increase dis-satisfaction level among
employees.

PESTLE ANALYSIS
 Social factor: Health care system relies on the changes in demographics
and public values. NHS needs to make sure that while implementing the
innovation plan, belief value and thought of any individual or group must
not be hampered by them.
 Technological factor: In this NHS must be involved in providing
training related to new health monitoring devices to health care staff as
well as patients.

CONCLUSION
 From the above study, it has been summarised that organization has been
engaged in bringing up the new innovation so that needs and demands of
employees can be fulfilled.
 Health monitoring device has assisted the health care professional in
monitoring the heart rate and respiratory rate of patients even in mid of
night. It has assisted them in improvising the quality of life of service
users.
 It has also reduced the workload of their health care staff. There are
various factors that can affect the innovation while implementing it. It
has includes political and social factor.
