Introduction
The business environment is considered to be the most important aspect of the
organisation as should be very positive and healthy. There are various internal and external
factor which could impact the business environment. These factors should be considered in
mind. There are various forms of business in which the organisation is dealing. There are mainly
three type of organisation, that include, public, private and voluntary organisation. The public
sector organisation is being controlled by local government and the central government (Älmeby
and Svensson, 2021). There are various organisational which are occurring in public sector
organisation. These depends on the nature, size, missions and vision of the organisation. Every
structure is having their characteristics. One of which is NICE. As it is the National institute of
health and care excellence. Second one is Private organisation are the organisation which are
related to work and owned by the partnership. Private companies are able to manage stock and
shared to affair of the company. The organisation selected in the given report is Morrisons. This
is one of the largest supermarket chain of UK. Founded in the year 1899. It is dealing in the
products like clothing, books and food and drinking. The third one is related to the organisation
which are related to work and make systematic changes and work for the not-profit driven. These
are the organisation which are based on mutual understanding and complete the social need.
NPSCC is the organisation to make charity and looking for the children for over 130 years and
above. This report includes background of the three organisation and examination of the different
business functions. Further organisation chart is explained.

The chosen organisation is related to work effectively and work on the major health and
clinical areas. This is one of the non departmental public body which is publishing guidelines in
four areas of health technologies, clinical practises, health promotion and social attention
services.

The size of NICE is about 600 employees working across England to deliver their
services and increasing their customer satisfaction. They are offering service which are related
with health, social care and education etc.
