INTRODUCTION
A night club manager plays several roles in order to make sure that all operations are
running in a smooth manner (Pfeffer, 2020). They also are responsible to make sure that all
workers are performing in an efficient manner in order to make profit. This study is going to
show importance of having skills of managing all operations of night club and satisfying guests.
Further, it will also show importance of using SWOT analysis model as it allows manager to
know their own strengths and weaknesses by which they can take advantages of opportunities
and reduce threats. Skill audit also plays an important role which is also being used to analyse
and identify skill gaps and make people aware about all those skills which they have and all
those areas in which they are not good and needs to improve. Curriculum vitae and cover letter
also plays an important role in order to get an effective job as per the requirement as it involves
all important elements which are required to get job.

The manger in the restaurant or hospitality industry have to look after the entire level of
operations s which can have the clear inclusion of their supervise of employees along with
providing term accurate direction for daily operations.
As career development, I have already worked in the nightclub as the general manger for the last
five years have made me to experience a better level of understanding regrading various
operation
Identify the goals (2 months)- I have identified my ultimatum goals to be owner of my own
club in Cyprus (Rakesh and Niveditha, 2017). For this have I have developed mor level of skills
related to be entrepreneur along with moment of taking risk.
Research career (3 months)- as to be successful enterprise, I will look after the various career
opportunities for the venture investment and other human resource capital requirement.
Engagement in professional development (3months)- I will follow with my skill audit
programme to have proper targeting their careers and skill such as the communication,
management and technical.

Strengths:
 One of the main strength of manager of night cub is it has years of experience of
night club
 It has an effective decision-making skills.
