INTRODUCTION
Project management is process of application of skills, knowledge and techniques by
project manager to complete specific task in limited time so that end objectives can be achieved.

stakeholder of project and their needs that can be delivered through effective project

so project manager needs to identified them in advance and plan effective strategies to overcome
