project manager to complete specific task in limited time so that end objectives can be achieved.
So, it is leading group of individuals towards activities that they need to perform for starting and

stakeholder of project and their needs that can be delivered through effective project
management. Moreover, stakeholders are individuals that are interested in project so they are
directly impacted by growth and development of project. So, analysis helps in finding alternative

starting the project in order to identify interested people, their level of participation and influence
in the project. Moreover, it helps project manager in determining the way it needs to
communicate with all these stakeholders so that they are happy and satisfied. Therefore, various
stakeholders associated related to Nightingale hospital Project can be explained as follows:
High power, low interest: This is segment of people that have high power but low interest in
operation or start up of the new project so they needs to be keeps satisfied. Such as Media
Persons have high power as they post daily news of start-up new project which will going to help

Evaluation of the way project manager will utilise two techniques for effective project
management
There are different method that could be used by project manager so that project can be
successfully completed. Likewise, Work breakdown structure and Ghatt chart are two techniques
that could be used by manager to complete the project in effective and efficient manner for
desired outcome. Work break down structure has contributed in segregating various types of
activities needs to be completed so project can be completed as per set standard time as well as
cost. It will help manager in delegating specific task and activities to particular group of

individuals which has resulted in getting maximum outcome at minimum cost (Ansah and
Sorooshian, 2018). At the same time Gantt chart technique used by project manager will fruitful
in scheduling actual time taken to complete particular activities. Therefore, Gantt chart is project
management tool that helps in planning and setting activities of complex project. So, these two
techniques were used to complete project in specific quality, time and cost.
Conclusion and recommendation
From the above report it can be concluded that project management is important process
as it helps in planning, organising and integrating several activities for attainment of desired
results. The project manager of Nightingale hospital need to effectively understand the risk and
associated impact in order to find appropriate strategies that could be used to overcome the same.
It is also learned that stakeholder analysis helps in understanding interest individuals and their
level of participation thereby helps in identifying method that needs to be used to make them
happy and satisfied. Therefore, it can be suggested that project manager needs to make all
stakeholder happy by understanding their needs, interest and participation for smooth operation
of project and achievement of end goals.
