INTRODUCTION
Project management is the technique which is used by the peoples in this report to
convert sports area into nightingale hospital individual organization to achieve goals, objective
and success at the specific time. It is the process of learning, managing project, skills and tools as
per the project requirement. It include all the activities to manage allotted project within team.
Every project has specific plan, budget, time, deliverables and tasks. In this there are lot of teams
are involve which is different from existing department who are come together to accomplish a
target and goals. It is different from managing regular business activities, it involves innovation
and creativity for doing new task and activities (Ávila-Robinson and Sengoku, 2017). It has
various stages include in it are project planning, execution, monitoring and closing with specific
objective. This essay covers topic such as work breakdown structure, network diagram and
resource level schedule which play a vital role in planning, managing and controlling activities
and fulfil all requirements of clients. These all activity help the individual in make their plan and
achievement of the plan is done by use of effective resource. In the corona pandemic, it is very
necessary to create every place into hospital because there is no beds left in the hospital and for
this project manager have to plan accordingly to the situation and make the project successful.

Work breakdown structure for converting sports area into nightingale
This structure uses in restructure the complex diagrams into different packages according
to their nature and type. Different Packages include similar diagrams and arrange in similar
order. It helps the organiser to rephrase the activities which are useful and to represent in better
professional way. It assist in making difficult project into simple one through diagram like to
convert sport centre into nightingale hospital. For this project organiser can make diagram of
sports centre with different packages and convert them into structure of nightingale hospital
through identification of similar activities of both and separate them according to their
differentnature (Bogdanovic, 2017).
Network diagram for activities under the conversion of sports area into hospital
This is the important tool and method to start any project for organisation where project
manager make Network Diagram before project they work on. This include the preparing
diagram of project through arrow, nodes and boxes and shows relationship between different
activities. This method can be use in converting sports centre into nightingale hospital, as this
