Interpretation - As per the data there are it has been identified that most of the
respondents have idea and information about diverse and inclusive workforce. 40 respondents
out of 50 has responded positive where as other 10 has negatively respondents. Diverse and
inclusive workforce play crucial part in organisational growth.

Interpretation - According to the above data it can determined that diverse or inclusive
workforce is very important for company as it will lead to improvement in performance. In
survey 30 respondents feel that inclusive and diverse workforce helps in enhancing
performance. Where as other 20 out of 50 does not consider this as important for growth in
performance of organisation.

Interpretation – Through graphical representation it has been analysed that there are
various strategies or initiatives that will help Nike to develop diverse and inclusive organisation.
Out of 50 respondents 10 and 10 respondents feels that educate company leadership and creation
of cultural event respectively is effective strategies. Where as other 10 respondents consider
collection of inclusion feedback regularly is better strategies. Majority of respondents that is 20
feel use inclusive language will be more useful.

Interpretation – According to the above collection of data it has been analysed that
diversity and inclusive workplace culture is interrelated with each other. As per analysed of data
most of the responder such as 40 believe that it is interrelated with each other. Where as 10 out
of 50 does not consider that it is inclusive and diversity is not interrelated.

Interpretation – Through the data analysed it is identified that majority of answer
believe that by managing diversity and inclusiveness in organisation will lead to motive the
employees of Nike. In the survey 35 responder has positively responded with yes where as other

diverse and inclusive workforce. According to data 30 respondents out of 50 feels that major
issues is ethnic and cultural difference. Where as other 10 and 10 responder consider gender
equality and language or communication respectively as major challenge.

Interpretation – As per graphical representation Nike company needs to take different
initiatives. Out of 50 respondents 30 believe that listening to employees is effective initiative.
Where as other 10 and 10 feel that more meeting and communication of goals will be better
initiative.

Interpretation – Through the survey different business opportunities has been identified
and 20 responder consider less employee turnover. Where as other 20 and 10 out of 50 believe
that employee engagement and high performance work culture respectively.

Interpretation – According to the collected data it has been determined that diversified
and inclusive workforce will help in building positive working culture of Nike. Out of 50
respondent 30 have answered positively where as other 20 has responded negatively.
