As the CEO, Phillip Knight I will try to make sure that the workers in the company are
getting a very friendly environment. I will make sure that the workers are getting all the suitable
resources that they need. I will have to interact with all the employees separately in order to
know if they are happy working in our organization (Patterson, Wilkins & Painter, 2018). I will
try to gather better lawyers from all around the world to make sure that they are being able to
assess the case right from its grass root levels. This will also make the case even stronger and I
will be able to defend my company. As the main charge is against the press releases and the
various other ways in which I have tried to defend my company, I will try to prove the truth in
the same.
Decision 2
In my second decision, I will be conducting several one to one sessions so that I can
personally meet with the employees. There can also be a chance that I have overlooked the actual
sufferings that are my employees are being subjected to. In order to assess the case from the
grass root level, I will be arranging these sessions to know that if any of my workers have ever
been subjected to any kinds of sexual, mental or even physical violence. If any of the workers
say that they have really been hurt in the course of their work services at Nike, then I will not
back step in accepting the charge that has been given over me and my company.
Decision 3
I will also call my employees in order to be present at each and every press release and at
every meeting. This will help in making the public clarified about the kind of work environment
that the workers have been enjoying within the industry. I will also make sure that there is an
open question and answer round where the media people, journalists, and all others can ask the

questions to the employees who have been working at Nike. This will ensure that there is no line
of mistrust or any sudden secrets present within the minds of the media or the journalists
(Davies, 2016). If I get to see that the workers who have been working at my company are also
of the opinion that they have stayed unhappy within the organization, I will accept the legal
charges. I know that this will take the reputation of the company at stake but at the same time,
this will also help me in making my company a fair one. If the guilt is found within my company
then I will also try to find out the ones that are responsible for creating this problem.
So, I will make sure that there is a proper action being taken for the proper incident that
has actually taken place. I will also use the detectives and the inspectors who will be able to
review the advertisements that have been showed by my company. So, I will always try to go by
the broader CSR initiative so that I can cater to the needs that have been raised by not only the
people of the opposition party b but also by the other people. This is because the charges say that
the working conditions of NIKE are not suitable to meet the standards of a safe and sound
workplace.
Non Consequentiality Analysis of Decisions
Integrity
I will not take any decisions that go against my integrity. I will make sure that I am not
taking any action that is going beyond the ethics of the business. I will bear all the necessary
costs that are needed to carry on all the lawsuits and the other legal formalities. I will make sure
that the entire process is carried on properly. I will always try to promote justice and fairness
among all the employees of the organization.

Autonomy
I will make sure that none of the stakeholders who are involved in this business gets
mislead or gets less amount of information. I will make it a point that each and everyone gets all
sorts of information that they need. This will make sure that none of the employees are saying in
any kind of darkness.
I will abide by the principle of truthfulness. This is because I feel that one of the most
important things that must be present in each and every company is truthfulness. Being the CEO,
I will make sure that I am not promoting any falsified news to mislead the people.
Loyalty
I will make sure that I am being loyal at each and every step. In other words, I will make
sure that there is disloyalty or misunderstandings taking place in my company. I will try to
protect the interest of all the stakeholders that are involved in the business. In other words, I will
try to provide safety and security to all the stakeholders in this unsafe and disturbing situation.
Impartiality
I will not do any kinds of partiality with anything. It is for this reason that I will make
arrangements for many open media sessions where I will talk about the fairness of the working
conditions provided within the Nike factories.
