organization of United States of America. This organization is a multinational corporation which

equipment, apparel, services and accessories (Yao 2019). Nike Inc. is one of the largest sport
equipment manufacturers in the whole world. Nike Inc. was founded in 1964 of 25th January and
initially it was named as Blue Ribbon Sports. This organization became Nike Inc. on May 30 of
1971. Currently, Nike Inc. markets all of their products under their own brand which includes
Nike Pro, Nike Golf, Nike+, Nike Blazers, Air Max, Nike CR7 and many more (Hofmann, Gold
and Curtin 2019). Nike always uses newer technologies in their organization so that they can
create best products for their organizations. This helped Nike to enable within their organization.
In past Nike has initiated various of innovation within their organization which has helped them

Communicational Plan:
Introducing the new system to the organization is very much important and for that
proper communication plan needs to be prepared (Baker 2018). For this project there are
different of stakeholders and communication plan to each of these stakeholders can be different.
Live meeting is the most appropriate way for introducing the new systems to the stakeholders.
This communication plan will be used for most of the stakeholders who are currently available at
the project site. Other than that video conferencing communication will be utilized for
communicating the whole plan.
Learning and Development Strategy:
Implementing a proper learning and development strategy for the employees is very
much important in this context. Thus, some important strategies need to be followed so that
proper learning and development can be achieved. In this aspect first of all a learning culture

Consultative approach must be taken by the people who are in the charge of the execution of trial
system. Also, coaching must be provided to the peoples who are working for this project so that
trial system can be implemented without any issues.
Monitor, Review and Continuous Improvements of the System:
Monitoring, review and continuous improvements of the current system is very much
important so that the trial system can show the roadmap of implementing of full system in this
context. In this aspect for monitoring and review purpose of a baseline can be created (Lewis et
al. 2015). By creation of this baseline mental health of the workplace can be measured properly.
In this way monitoring of the system can be done while the mental health condition will provide
information regarding review of the system. For a continuous type of improvements, the impact
of the overall plan needs to be reviewed. In this way required improvements can be identified
and further improvements can be done easily. This will lead to the continuous improvement
