INTRODUCTION
Organisational behaviour is related to the study of people's behaviour within
organisation. I have completed project related to organisational behaviour followed in Nike and
this report contains my self-experience and knowledge which I feel important while doing this
project.
TASK
Description
There is a project in our institution which project manager assigned to group of some
students to complete this project and I am also a part of this team. Authorities allotted this project
to our team because of we are management students having good knowledge regarding theories
and models of OB and also having passion of learning. Client provides a list of different
organisations and want us to make a report in relation to impact of management theories and
practises. I have decided to choose Nike as organisation for project. Our team agrees to divide
whole report in small parts and allotted these parts to each member of team. I have used many
websites and study material to obtained information related to various strategies followed by our
selected organisation Nike. Other teammates of mine searches bulk of information and after
obtaining all relating information, summarised all data and create reflective report on Nike.
Feeling
I feet very confident at the time when I was assigned as a project head of this report. This
feeling motivates me to work on this project with my great skills and knowledge . When we were
doing this project, I have analysed that there were many aspects which were related to the
structure and culture followed in Nike. This project develops various skills related to leadership
and team management in myself which I used in research fort any particular topic . The overall
impact of this projects on my development is that it develops both personal and professional
skills of me. This report makes me self-aware and quick decision maker and develops an ability
to analyse information with my own skills. This project also impacts in the personal development
of other team members because it develops develops a sense of belongingness and team spirit in
all of them.

Evaluation
At the time of doing this project, I have found negative aspect related to organisational
culture followed in Nike and also a positive aspect in relation to leadership structure in
organisation. On the basis of research I can ensures that Nike is using power culture in their
organisation under which all the powers related to decision making are lies in few members of
company. This culture increases chances of delay in any project demotivated other employees. I
personally analysed that leadership framework of Nike is very effective and efficient which helps
the company to gain competitive advantage from the market. It is my personal suggestion for
Nike to follow role culture in their organisation so that the power is enjoyed by all employees
according to their capabilities and rank in organisation.
Analyses
I have analysed the need of motivation in Nike. Motivation plays an important role in
many business activities of organisation, it derives the employee towards the achievement of
organisational goals. To satisfy these needs, It is required for Nike to applied different
motivational theories and techniques in their organisation. These theories motivates different
employees tom satisfy the goals of organisation effectively and efficiently because it involves the
satisfaction of personal goals of employees. I have mentioned another management theories in
relation to team development which helps Nike to make their working team effective. These
theories provides systematic framework of different aspects of effective teams and it helps the
employees of Nike to work inclusively
Conclusion
It is concluded from the report that Nike need to improve their organisational culture
followed in their work place. I have learnt many useful facts and figures related to different
management theories and models. It gave us useful information of corporate behaviour and
market conditions.

This report develops knowledge and skills related to different management techniques
and theories in myself which I can use in many aspects of my corporate life and also in another
report work. I will ensure good relations with different mentors and management experts which
