Marketing Mix- Nike
Marketing mix refers to collection of all the actions and
strategies that are use by the firm in order to promote the
product and brand in a market. There are four main type of
marketing mix element such that Price, place, promotion,
product. For this, the chosen P is Promotion for Nike shoes.
Promotion: Nike is mostly depend upon the effective
promotion of the products in order to maintain the
brand image of the company at international level.
Thus, company is mainly deal with shoes and for that
it use advertising that helps to attract range of new
customers towards it. Further, it also use direct
marketing which involves direct communication with
the sports team and other organization.
Apart from this, the quoted firm is also offer the range
of discount and special offers in order to attract range
of customers and also generate sales. Along with this,
it uses modern form of promotion method i.e. social
media that means it post all the new offers in its site so
that range of customers attract and purchase a
product.
Moreover, the company also maintain the
public relation means the company sponsor
and provides a financial support to other
organization i.e. community based
networks, promote the athletic shoes. Thus,
it also catch the eye of range of customers
towards it.
In addition to this, Nike also make their efforts in
stores where it provide training to their staff so
that they easily promote their products to the
customers and also contributes to the profitability.
