Describing vision of NIPPN and place it in the first row
Nippn is one of those Japanese organizations that are usually engaged in flour milling
ventures and food businesses. Its vision is to achieve long term success and progress of business
throughout investing in regard equity regarding securities via a research based investment
method.
Analyzing organization characteristics and desirable performance attributes
4Vs is the best example of operations management methods, because it encompasses
those four key concepts that provide benefits to the organizations in varied terms (Dai and et.al.,
2020). Here, this model is applying in regard to NIPPN, for purpose of defining its main
characteristics.
Volume-
It is the best and most effective tool that help to analyze organization, about customer’s
