INTRODUCTION
Small business or a small-scale firms is a type of administration in which small number
of workers are employed and no high guarantee of sales occur in such firms. Usually these kind
of enterprises are generally private or owned by individuals. It can be even operated in sole
proprietorships, partnership or corporation (Abor and Quartey, 2010). Small scale enterprises are

marketing,etc. This report is based on Nisa Retail Limited is a brand and buying firm of
independent retailers and wholesalers in the United Kingdom. It is a mutual organisation that is
owned by some members and operation is done using collective buying of power of a large
group of members to negotiate on the deals with suppliers. Its headquarters are located in
Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. It also has distribution depots for temperature controlled
products at Stoke-on-Trent and Harlow, Essex. The main purpose of this report is to analyse the
strength and weakness of the cited firm and carry out a comparative measure of improving the
performances. It also discuss about steps of overcoming those pros and cons. There is an analysis

has some strengths as well as some weaknesses. The strengths and weaknesses comes under the

make it stand out from their competitors. Some of the strengths of the company are mentioned
