 In this presentation various leadership approaches will be
examined that are used by the Nisa Retailer company to
overcome several issues.
 In this presentation different leadership approaches will be
discuss that assist to deal with changes in positive way.
 This presentation will cover the importance of leadership
approaches at the workplace in the context of change
management.

 Nisa retailer is medium size organisation in the United
Kingdom that adopt new changes on continue basis to
improve performance and position in tough competitive
marketplace.

 Democratic leadership
 Transactional leadership
 Transformational leadership and
 Autocratic leadership approach

M4: Evaluate the extent to which leadership
approaches can deliver organisational change
effectively applying appropriate models and

 To maintain long term growth and success in today’s
modern era it is essential for manager to use leadership
approach according to the situation to deal with new
changes effectively.
 With the help of autocratic leadership approach manager
can easily take quick as well as right decision for the
organisation.

the workplace to accomplish better result.
