resources which can be used in a better way to produce a positive result. This all includes heavy
cost to come over the finished product. Technology runs on a permanent way or technique which
produces raw material into a finished product (Fahim, 2018). It is being tested and tried by many
experts, so that it will help in achieving the objective which is being decided in the past by the
company. Company always tries to make balance between technology and resources to develop
the business in the market. This helps in running many different projects at a particular time
when one resource is busy another is free to complete the task.
Use of resource management software: It is software that could be helpful in resolving key
issue related to optimum utilisation of resources by manager of Nisa. It has provide lot of
features such as helps in scheduling activities or task that need to be performed so that end goals
can be achieved.
