The name of the project is “Organizing an event to promote potato chips for Nissin
Koikeya Foods”
2. Name of the organization
The main focus of the paper is on “Nissin Koikeya Foods” which is a joint venture of
Japan Koikeya Co. Ltd. as well as Nissin Foods Co. Ltd. The organization aims to launch
potato chips in four flavours including Black Pepper Crab Flavour, Curry Seafood Flavour,
Tom Yum Goong Flavour and Spicy Seafood Flavour. It is found that for expanding the
market, the organization wants to sell also chips instead of only focussing on the noodles. It is
found that for targeting audience, age group of 14-40 is selected. In addition to this, for
succeeding within the project, all the operations must be managed for guiding as well as
directing smooth running as well as functioning of the project.

It is found that for checking the project performance, the status date on which the
project is reviewed is 04-09-2019. On this date, it is found that 46% of the project is
completed. It helps in showcasing the present project stttatus.

10. Project and personal reflection
I have undertaken the entire work of the project quite successfully and I have found
that there are a number of risks that are associated with the event. The issues that occur are
resolved with the help of risk mitigation strategies. It is found that the paper also focuses on
project performance as well as progress report. Additionally, the paper also showcases that
the Gantt chart as well as network diagram that further helps in tracking the progress of the
project properly. Moreover, post project review is used for making sure that the event that
was organized is completed effectively for promoting the potato chips.
