INTRODUCTION
The assignment will focus on the NMC Code and nursing practice which considered the
professional body that help for determine the both professional and ethical value in the medical
profession, discuss about the multiple thinking that are required for maintaining high quality of
clinical practices.
Furthermore, it will examine the judgment on the basis of legal as well as ethical principle
in the current clinical practices. The legal as well as ethical principles are mainly used by nurse
in providing the safeguarding for vulnerable adults. In order to make important decision related
to the improvement. In this way, it will be avoiding the adverse events and patient harm. The
clinical practices will be considering the ability to provide safe, health care services. However, it
will consider the specific code of conduct to maintain the legal principles while identifying
scope, limitation in term of safeguarding the public.
