same. Decision making process help any organization to manage their employees, the
organizational culture and also help in strategizing the products and the promotions in order to
achieve a good profit. At the same time, negotiation is another important skill, in order to
determine the best prices for the products and services. Therefore, considering the timeline of the
organization, it can be said, that the organization has experienced a number of diversified
situations (Alvesson, & Sveningsson, 2015). Therefore, the organization must include a step by
step process of decision making and this will include, identification of the decision, collecting
relevant and sumptuous amount of information, understanding the alternatives and further
evaluating among them, finally implementing the decision and reviewing the same the
consequences that will come along with it.
A similar step by step process must be included in order to make the negotiation process

up of certain ground rules. Further clarifying the decision and the rules, and the therefore
bargaining with the prices. Lastly, implementing the pricing structure (Appelbaum et al., 2015).
Organizational Culture and Resistance to Change:
There are certain communication barriers practiced within the organization. First, the
organization is hugely diversified with people of different age, region and religion, form
Pakistani, to Hispanic to African American, employees from all the fields and aspects of culture
are invited and are working together. Therefore, there is a huge language gap, and along with
this, the policies of the policies of the organization are also very traditional and extremely
formal, which leaves no room for the employees to get involved with each other. Also, the
structured roles and responsibilities of the employees do not provide any space for them to grow
and expand themselves. Therefore, the organization must include a teamwork approach, which

will make the employees to work together, thus initiating, a communication among them, also it
will make the decision making power non- structured, which will motivate the employees, thus
