Health and social care refers to a term which is concerned to those services which are

resident, give them appointments, answering their phones and many others.
The skills which are needed to receptionists are confidence, communication skills, IT
skills, good manners etc.
Their major role is to answering the questions of visitors, book appointments, greet
visitors etc.

They have some skills like for an instance maintenance of equipments, coordination,

direct care workers should use of equipments and also safe storage. In addition to maintain
