INTRODUCTION
Changing challenges refers to the barriers or obstacles which is faced by business
organisation due to some internal and external modifications. In today world there is lots of
changes occurs in market regarding government policies, trade policies, customer trends,
technology as well as environment uncertainty (Berbel and Esteban, 2019). There are various
management problem in non government organisation due to changes in these factors which
affect the working of organisation. In this report, NGDO management faced many challenges
regarding their non profitable operations of social work.
This report covers analyses why and how non governmental organisations have emerged
in different types of societies. Further, it highlights recognise and infer the differences between
governance and management of organisation. At last, it defines competent decision making to
address emergent problems in contemporary non government organisation.

According to the Edwards (2022), In recent world there are more people who engaged in
NGOs and prefers to work as social worker for the development of society and betterment of
children. NGOs has earned huge success in today dynamic world which provides social services
and known as powerful organisations that has huge impact on the development of society. The
main motive of this article to increase the awareness learning as well as it states the success and
failure of learning process in NGOs as compare to other organisation. IT has been critique that,
Every society needs different services as well as people in NGOs works to provide services to
members of these society as per their requirement for betterment of their condition. Some NGOs
works for industrial society and education to make their people educated as well as they also
helps them to generate funds for providing employment opportunities to people of local area.
Also several NGOs in a country provides their betterment services to the people to improve their
knowledge , understanding and skills in their learning process. It has been critique that, NGO
must give focuses on their culture ,structure and training process of staff in increase their
engagement in their learning process (Colvin, 2020). All NGOs must also organised various
training programme for the women and people who are engaged in these types of society in order
to increase their knowledge and skills to expand their business and earn more profit for better

learners for their betterment. There are four aspects which affect the organisation ad have great
role in shaping NGO learning such as nature of development, information, knowledge and
wisdom, belief versus knowledge as well as accommodating error and failure.
As per the given article, there is a argument which is accommodating error and failure in
which they defined about real learning, selective learning and superficial learning. On this topic
it has been critiqued that it is not sufficient and easy for people to feel comfortable due to these
are different and difficult to gain as well as remember the whole learning process easily. For that
reason they need to changes their policies, it is essential for any organisation to learn from their
failure in order to not conduct these practices again in future on repetitive basis.
The another argument is belief versus knowledge, it has been critique that organisation
culture and structure plays most important role in foster and hinder of success of an NGO.
Good culture and structure helps organisation to improve engagement of staff member to provide
better learning and teaching services to people. Individuals with strong motive, value, beliefs
and commitment towards work which helps them to get better knowledge and learn new things.
As NGO needs to make differentiate between their education system, methodology, their basic
values and principles to order to safeguard the learning interest of children in UK.
The another argument is information, knowledge and wisdom. It has been critique that
NGO has very less resources as well as their staff members has less knowledge which leads to
they do not provide proper information to children to complete their learning process effectively.
Information is related to learning resources like raw material, books, other necessary equipment.
Also they have lack of systematic knowledge about testing system , examination process as well
as usage of various equipment. Wisdom is related to ability to utilise experience and knowledge
to helps students in gaining better understanding about various topic to achieve success in future.

order to solve technical problems in their learning process. Also, they have to support their
members in developing skills through learning form their failure, mistakes and experience in

use many performance evaluation tools to give feedback to their staff to make changes and

demands of needy people in society. They make proper plan and back up plan in order to take

based learning, policy and advocacy related learning as well as visionary thinking in order to

business in which people conduct their practices as social work in to provide services for the
