Question 1: According to you, do you understand the concept of leadership and
Management and if yes can you please describe the same.
Interpretation: According to the gathered information from respondents this is analysed that
out of 8 respondents, 4 have said that leadership is the ability that continuously leads in
influencing team and individual working in the organisation so that direction can be provided to
the organisation and individual employee in order to work for overall business objectives. On
the other hand, 2 have said that leadership is the process in which one person try to influence
other using their skills so that organisation objectives can be attained. Whereas management is
the process which is accumulation of different aspects such as planning, organising, leading and
directing. At last 2 respondents said that leadership is the business capacity which is related
with organisational management to tackle their employees in such a way that business
objectives can be aligned with their efforts and accomplished in the same manner. Using
appropriate management in an organisation challenging goals and processes of the organisation
can also be executed in a very easy manner.
Question 2: Can you please explain about the non-profit organisation and its operations
related with the leadership and Management?

can be concluded that non-profit organisation are associated with a group which is organised for
