My message will be available in the official portal of the company. If my
message is posted in the company website then many people can see the messages
while visiting the official website Norden Volkswagen (Shafiq, 2020). Then many
people will come to know regarding the message posted by me. It helps the common
people to know regarding the latest products and policies of the company.
b. Will your message be shared through social media? If so, where will it go? Name
the platforms you will use and the type of post you will make (ie. Instagram Live,

My message will be shared through social media. It will be posted in the
twitter. I shall share slide share for providing some valuable information (Chauhan,
2020). I shall add value to the clients of the company. It will help me to show the
company as the global leader. It helps to built trust among the potential consumer of
the company knowing that I am willing share some information regarding the new
location of company as well as touch screen stand in free of cost.

I shall provide a slide share post in the twitter account of the company. I shall
share photo of the touch screen stand (Chauhan, 2020).

I shall also upload the photos of the interaction between dealers and
consumers regarding their new vehicles and financing regarding the latest vehicles.
My picture will contain brand new communities in both the locations which include
hotdog lunch, music, giveaways and music. It will contain the lucky consumers who
will be getting the special financing facilities at both the locations.

I shall not use any caption because it is closely related with the quality of the
post. For example, if the picture is blurry then the quality of the caption will also be
blurry. It means that it can be very difficult to go through (Deng et al., 2020). If it is a
closed caption then the viewer will be totally dependent on me to make sure that it is
very clear and very easy to go through. Most of the cases, it will be in white format.
But in this case, background of the image may be of bright colour. Then it will be
very difficult to go through those closed captions. And if it is not clear then the view
has no choice to adjust the format.

a. What is the timespan for your communication plan? Why have you chosen this
time frame? For instance, will it be over a day? a week? a month? (4 marks)
I shall perform the communication in every alternate day. The policies of the
company may be changed in every alternate day. For that reason, every day I need to
keep myself updated regarding the latest and modified policies of the company

(Shafiq, 2020). I need to take all the details of those policies from my seniors so that I
can provide detailed information to the viewers of the official twitter page. It is my
responsibility to share these policies with the potential consumers of the company.
That is why I have chosen every alternate day for making my posts.
b. How often will you make posts and why?(4 marks)
As I have chosen, every alternate day for making the post, then it is expected
that posts may finish at the end of that particular week (Reid, 2020).
I shall make the posts in every alternate day. It may happen that company
authority may change the policies and other terms and conditions in every alternate
day. They may change the financing policies of their vehicle (Deng et al., 2020).
Within a day, they may change the date of launching of the new models of vehicles
for one location, but does not change the date of launching of vehicle in other location
of the company. I need to collect that information in detail and I need to share that
information in detailed format in the official twitter page of the company. That is
why; I shall share the posts in every alternate day.
c. Will you respond to customer comments? Why or why not? (4 marks)
I shall respond to the comments given by the consumers. In any business,
customer is treated as the king. Consumer comments play a vital role for the
improvement of a business. It helps to improve the quality of the business of the
Norden Volkswagen. It also helps me to measure the consumer satisfaction regarding
the products as well as services of the company. It is directly associated with many
advantages such as increase in the market share, lowering of costs or huge amount of
revenue. Responding to the consumer comments shows that, the company authority is
