Implementation of an enterprise wide Project Portfolio management system by using the JIRA. JIRA is one of the
leading SaaS portfolio management system.

3.0 Project Scope (Deliverables)
Project Scope Includes:
Project plan: This involves the creating of an issue which is associated with the project. This issue will
help in targeting a specific field along with setting a unique workflow along with easy searching of the
issue type.
Creating a visual timeline: This involves the obtaining of the visibility across each of the team and the
project in a single place. Involves the looking at the work at a high or granular level as well.
Checking if the plan is on track or not: This involves the forecasting about the time of shipping of the
release along with checking if it is realistic for hitting a specific release date.
Managing the capability of the team: This involves the checking of the team if the members are
overbooked or not along with the factors in the schedule team. This is done to check the availability of the
members like if they are in holidays or the time they are working.
Communication of the Plans: This involves the easy sharing of the live reports with the managing team
or any other teammate.
Connection of the work to the big picture: This is done for ensuring that the epics or the stories map
are backed to the strategy that has been made. Which is followed by comparing of the targets with the

Jira is a web application. This means that this application runs centrally on a server. The users have to interact with
this application by the use of the web browsers from any computer that is present in the same network. The
minimum hardware requirement includes

3. Minimum database space: 10GB
4. Uninstallation of Symantec from the server.
