2018). The four aspects include human resource planning that ensures recruitment, hiring,
training, orientation, selection, promotion, evaluation, induction and layoff. The second is to
manage the benefits administration and employee remuneration. The third is to ensure the
performance management for the company whereas the fourth is an essential aspect that is to
ensure employee relations. Such processes enable the organisation with employer-employee
and employee conflict management (Taylor et al., 2015).
Human resource and its practices include employment security that is to enable the social
contract between the employees and organisation (Nankervis et al., 2016). Selective hiring is
the best practice that enables the organisation with high employee values and to hire the best
fit individuals. Contingent compensation enables efficient employees with high retention and
motivation. Extensive training enables the efficient workforce with developed knowledge
whereas the shared information enables the organisation to track the records of the workforce
(Reiche et al., 2018).
The factors that influenced the decision makings were the quantity and quality of the
candidate pool that the candidate successfully passes the interview panel. Education and
skills of the candidate were impressive enough to put down the selected role that is the train
driver (Adam Cobb, 2016).
