INTRODUCTION
A description of Note taking is a process that involves through writing, learning and
recording to hear or read from the different sources in a descriptive way (Buehl., 2017). This is
the form of practise of recording the valuable information captured from modes of information
generates techniques such as internet, books, newspaper, article paper etc. As notes are
commonly drawn from a transparent way in such as oral or written discussion in meeting or any
academic sessions. In this report the topic is commence as to discussing the importance of
taking notes as different stages and highlight the significant method of note taking in student's
point of view (Dayan., Heisig and Matos,, 2017).

As the note taking is the optimum compliance oriented procedure to captured and
recording the information of particular topic. It helps to making the memorising the highlight

benefits for student as per the situation such as : As per Before Class: In Before class the process of taking notes is to making prepare
all the agendas which are going to be covered in the class, for that proof read the
subject or topic which get to analyse about the important points to related topic. To
making in short notes abbreviation before entering into the class. The importance of
Before Class notes taking: First, need to prepare the note taking material which is going
to be supported while making the proper notes of topic related, reviewing the content
well in advance or before within a week as it is essential to read the notes before to
entering into the class (Glaser and Strauss, 2017). At the time of notes taking in class
sitting in front row can makes huge influence to reduce the distraction and makes
becomes to better listener. In During the Class: As per in this situation, it require full attention while making
notes, starts from witting date, page number and topic name that identify the main topic

be implies through meeting with classmates or particular subject teacher for discuss the

student can use in their academic career. It helps to organise the notes in better
compliance oriented form as it help to save the lot of time for further analyse and attain
the important points in bullet points and sub points in notes which easier to learn the
topic related information (Smith, H., 2020.). The Cornell Method: According to this note taking method, it comprise about the unique
concept that finds the application based information on the basis of situations. It divided
the notes into two or three pages layout, where one page is highlight the topic context and
date and other bottom line is showing the two column in centre where main body is
formed and presented as in width of 30% in the left column while the rest of part is cover
70% of right column. The Boxing Method: In this method of note taking is all notes are related with each other

implemented in digital way also where column to be made as per requirement and putting
the notes as per the particular boxes (Glaser and Strauss,., 2017). As Student can be used
this method when their class is conducts into two different sessions.
The mapping method: At the time of attending the lecture and making the notes the
mapping method works better, where it divided the notes into the branches framework to
highlighting the relation between them Starting with the main topic at the top of the map
where it will give a short idea for notes specification. This method can be utilised when
the particular session or lecture having heavy content as mapping method help to
organised it structured and easy form.
CONCLUSION:
In above topic of importance of note making and its strategies has come to conclude
where it represents about the short description of Note taking and its benefits. The information
which covers in main body that is importance of Note taking in different stages of before class,
during class and after class as in all these three stages is explained and provided the optimum
information. In other hand to describes about the different method of note taking which utilise by
student where they can make better notes as some methods are highlighted on the basis of
