of research without taking permission from their lecturer in order to use the same for further
work. For example a student is using research of their school in their college course (Ohm, 2020)
(Shahbazi, Hassani and Hosseini, 2019). This is type of indirect plagiarism in which student is
not taking permission from both of the lecturers.
Mosaic Plagiarism
Mosaic plagiarism is a situation where a student is borrowing phrases from sources and
do not quote the sources in their research paper. This type of plagiarism takes place when an
individual wants to keep the same meaning of their work but modifies them by using synonyms
