The national practitioner Data Bank (NPDB) is based on the repository of reports in which
contain information about the medical malpractice payment. This will help to find the adverse
actions which applicable by health care practitioners, service providers and suppliers. In relation
to the regulatory action report, national practitioner Data bank has been used the important
documentation of RAR and then applied suitable legal action (Paterick, 2020). In this way, it can
maintain transparency in the data management and maintain disclosure in regards of health care
professionals.
In relation to RAR, NPDB are performed the different duties and consider separate approach to
improve the performance. it assists in promoting the best quality of health care service and
deterring fraud, abuse within delivery systems.
In case, I were on the management team at a hospital, I can use NPDB as legal aspect in order to
improve health care quality services (Barton and Mueller, 2018). Usually, I have been followed
the health Care quality improvement act of 1986, server a policy manual to inform all health care
community. By using NPDB as policy in order to contribute quality of care and patient safety.
Generally, it can be applied the regulatory actions report that help to focus on the licensed health
service provider (Wermuth and Sergent, 2020). It ensures that each and every professionals have
been followed a legal regulation in order to reduce level of fraud or abuse in the hospitals.
Moreover, if any kind of fault or breaches are applied as guideline within health care systems.
