by proper practice during the graduate registered nurse. Therefore, clinical leadership is not
essential within the nursing consideration because major of focus is associated with enhancing
skill and clinical practice that make support and care for patient. During the initial years of
graduate registered nurse, it is important to focus on clinical practice and knowledge rather than
focusing on leadership qualities that affect clinical practice in which they can morally justified
by using appropriate clinical practice (Almeida, & Miclos, 2022). The clinical practice also
explains various knowledge and skills that may implement proper strategies during the clinical
practice to support the patient for their chronic condition. Therefore, there is no any leadership is
required when RN is used to studied for first years. In addition, the leadership is referring as the
predictor of quality outcome in healthcare setting. The authentic leader that they offer good roles
model consistent with values and vision for healthcare setting. Therefore, it is last stage of
clinical as registered nurse to focus on leadership before that they must acknowledge the clinical
practice and skills that may must learn during in first years (Boamah, & Tremblay, 2019).

both personal as well professional role and responsibility. In addition, the personal responsibility
to endorse the ethical conduct which is persistent with the professional practice where

fostering the freedom and confidence (de Bortoli Cassiani et. al., 2019). The freedom and
confidence attained in nursing with autonomy that turn to lead the nurse which is able to be more
accountable for decision making. Therefore, such questions as how decision will affect the
patient care and how the decision will also impact nurse. Whereas, the decision will usually
affect the unit operation in current leadership where the organisational decision is used to take
place. In addition, autonomy is related with accountability since nurse are used to work in
independent manner and take their decision. In this, any decision for that matter are just a mode
of accountability for their action which is taken place. Therefore, autonomous decision is used to

healthcare. Therefore, innovation can be defined as the aspect of invention, adoption and

service that provide pathways which is showing clear benefits when they are compared.
Therefore, successful innovation often that can usually possess the two key qualities that they are
usable and desirable (Waite, & Nardi, 2019). With this all, the new innovative aspect is well
required in the healthcare for the patient support and care. As a registered nurse, it is important to
focus on new technology which provide comfort to the patient on the wider ways. The new
advancement is usually suitable for patient get comfort and show rapid recovery for the chronic
condition and other technological boost are also appear where used by healthcare professional
and regulated by nurses to make patient diagnosis and treatment appropriate. In this, the current
time is focus on the improvement of quality of health and also foster the patient experience
which is required for the patient point view to recover easily and instantly (Lim, & Yeom, 2020).

As per all discussion, the clinical practice is usually efficient in the initial days with the
collaboration of leadership. In addition, it allows the Registered nurse to make impact of working
while following proper support and care to the patient with their complication (Ramseur, Fuchs,

registered nurse applied with healthcare setting. With such thing, the leadership have various
style that used by registered nurse to make the transformation within clinical practice and
