patients by the mobile teams of NTN
NTN is an organization that provides various healthcare service and telemedicine to the different patient
within the community. So, the data of the patient is collected from their respective location and then
immediately sent to the nearby private hospital using the equipment in the home-care vehicles of the
NTN. Due to this, there are some Legal issues that are arising while the handling of the Information of
the respective patients. Some of those issues are:
 As the Information of patients or the health care system is highly sensitive and the degree of the
records reliability is dependent on the integrity of the data. The Data needs to be secure with
the privacy of data needs to be maintained but due to the lack of those standards with the
Mobile Teams the issues arise and could lead to the health-related problem among the patients.
 As the mobile team uses the network within the health-care van the network computing, mainly
internet that they are using could lead to the data confidentiality over the network.
 The physical safeguarding of data needs to be implemented as it is the major cause of data
mishandling and it could lead to some legal issues for the NTN.
 There might be some unethical practices that have been going on within the mobile-vans that is
leading to the loss in data security of the patients. The use of the Internet for the sensitive data
transmission over the network can cause data loss. This data loss can cause the legal issues and
it could happen due to the mishandling of data
 Another legal issue related to this is the medical negligence as it can lead to the misleading
claims done by the NTN organization
 If the data is not handled properly then the violation of private data could happen that could
lead to data exploitation and abusing of the private data. This could lead to the managerial
issue.
 Since some hospitals have the policy for the mandatory health insurance those mobile teams
have to follow the rules and if a patient in need does not have the insurance than they cannot
