Report
AI Summary
This report presents an environmental impact assessment (EIA) for a proposed nuclear power plant, outlining both positive impacts such as job creation and infrastructure improvement, and negative impacts including noise, vibration, and pollution. Mitigation strategies are detailed, including protective gear for employees, short-term storage of radioactive material, favorable waste disposal techniques, and renewable energy sources like solar panels and wind turbines. A maintenance plan is provided, specifying the frequency, standards, and personnel involved in maintaining the nuclear reactor, computer systems, steam turbines, and other site assets. The report also emphasizes asset management strategies and sustainability specifications, focusing on the use of solar panels, wind turbines, and biofuels, as well as the utilization of locally available materials during construction to ensure long-term environmental and operational sustainability. The design considers operational, maintenance, functional, environmental, and security requirements, with specific measures to minimize environmental impact and ensure safety.

PROJECT SITE DESCRIPTION
The design of the nuclear power station, onsite development and the cooling system any other
on-site development will fully be based operational, maintenance, functional, environmental
and security requirements.
The elective site of the site of the nuclear power plant doesn’t contain previous industrial or
mechanical exercises, apart from old Wylfa nuclear plant.
There should be no soft landscaping, street furniture or paths within 10m of any security fence
on the Power Station.

SUSTAINABILITY AND SPECIFICATIONS
Different approaches will be put in place to ensure sustainability:
The use of solar panels;-The solar panels with a power rating of 100KW will be used as the
source of energy.
Wind turbines;- The wind turbines will be used convert wind into usable energy that can
be used in running different machines
Biofuels -Biofuels could be a possible solution to providing sustainable energy
The utilisation of locally available material during construction will greatly help in
