Dedication to excellence: This is another key attribute of the nurse leaders which make them
more effective and productive. An effective nurse leader tries to be very excellent in its job role.
This attribute enables to an effective leader of nurse for solving various issues of its employees
as well (Yang and et.al. 2019). So that, here is RN is an employee who works under the
command of nurse leader, in which RN can simply share its issues with leader which she is
facing on its existing job role. This is very essential to an effective leader of nurse for taking
appropriate steps towards solving issues of RN.
Critical thinking: According to this attribute, an effective leader always thinks critically in its

by critical thinking.
Motivated to patient safety: This is one of the most important attributes of an effective nurse
leader. An effective leader always be highly motivated to for creating a safe and secure zone for
its various patients. This attribute of leader always positively affects to different patients in the
healthcare centre. Currently RN who responsible to make safe patients is not able to play its job
role in effective manner just because of busy schedule stress, so that this factor can negatively
affect to the safety aspect of patients, in which registered nurse have to meet its nurse leader,
because currently leaders is the only person who can make stress free to its RN, and at the end,
that RN will able to provide the best services to her patients.

management etc, so that these all factors makes her very stressed. In this situation, she can take
help, support or guidance through her leader.
SCENARIO 2
Discussion of strategies
In this second scenario, different strategies have been discussed which can adopted and
used by the newly re-registered nurse for managing this situation to ensure safety of patient.
According to the Australia’s health ministry, there are different healthcare professionals, like;
nurses and doctors within Australia are fully responsible to provide the best and also very
excellent support of healthcare (Al Sabei and et.al. 2020). That’s why Australian health ministry
has not allowed to those healthcare professionals to run their business operations who are not
eligible to provide an excellent healthcare support. In the existing scenario, the nurse manager
asks this RN for taking care of a patient who currently requires very complex care. In this
situation, the RN is now less confident and feels unsure about her ability and competence for
providing the best care to that patient. So that, there are some productive strategies has been
mentioned and discussed below which this RN should be used to manage this situation for
ensuring safety of patient.
Communicate with patient
This is one of the best strategies to newly re-registered nurse for perfectly managing
situation which has given by the nurse manager. The manager is generally given order to this RN
for ensuring patient’s safety in the healthcare centre, but due to less confidence, she is no able do
this. That’s why she need to adopt and use this strategy make feel better to the patient who
require complex care. Currently most of the healthcare professionals in all around the world are
using this strategy to systematically ensure the safety of their patients. This is the main reason
that, there are RN also has required to take action towards adopting this strategy. According to
this strategy, the RN will enable to properly communicate or interact with her patient. This step
of nurse will positively affect to the health aspect patient, because mostly patient wants to take
care in the supervision of healthcare professionals who has well-developed skills of
communication, so that re-registered nurse has to communicate with its patient.

Make easy and timely appointment scheduling
This is another key strategy which existing nurse can adopt and implement within its
daily operation for creating a safe and healthy environment for its patient (Cable & Graham,
2018). Currently, the patient of this nurse wats complex care, so that there are an easy and timely
appointed scheduling is very important to this patient to get well very soon. With the support of
this schedule, nurse will be able to provide the best healthcare support to patient. Mostly patients
have lots of expectations from different healthcare professionals about healthcare, so that
existing RN have to take quick and productive steps towards making an effective and timely
appointed schedule to provide very excellent healthcare support to its patient.
Fulfil all safety measures
This is the next and most important strategy to RN, because by using this strategy she
will enable to provide very safe and secure zone its patient. Basically, this strategy will motivate
nurse to remove those element and factors from the healthcare centre which can negatively affect
to the health aspect of that patient. For example; she will be motivated to maintain proper
hygiene in the healthcare centre to avoid the existence of harmful bacteria and viruses. On the
other hand, she will be motivated to provide that kind of medicines to its patient which
effectively recover it from its existing sickness or illness. By following this strategy, she will be
motivated to provide the health food also patient, so that after eating healthy food patient can
simply get well very soon (Lundgren, ErnsthBravell & Kåreholt, 2016). That’s why this strategy
is very essential to RN in the terms of patient’s safety.
Try to maintain effective relations with other healthcare professionals
By using this strategy, RN will simply enable to provide the best healthcare support to its
patient. According to this strategy, she has required to maintain effective relations with different
healthcare professionals, because currently she is not only the person who doing all things in the
term of recovering that patient. Reason is, there are some other few doctors and nurses also
responsible to give the complex to that patient. In this situation, RN have to maintain proper
relations with its other healthcare professionals as well to provide very well healthcare support to
hat patient. Cooperation aspect plays very excellent role in the healthcare industry, so that re-
registered nurse has required to cooperate with different people within the healthcare centre

(Kim & Kim, 2019). For example; she can effectively communicate with sweepers or cleaners,
so that they will get encouraged to maintain very productive hygiene in that zone where that
patient is stay. These all factors are enough to show the effectiveness of this strategy, so that RN
has an opportunity to provide the best healthcare support to its patient by following this strategy.
Allow patient for accessing EHR (electronic health record) data
There are RN can allow patient for accessing EHR data, because it is necessary to
maintain effective relationship with the patient. Basically, a patient always has right to access
EHR data, but many times healthcare centres not provides that data to patient just because of
fulfilling privacy and regulations measures. So that, while providing that data to patient, RN
need to ensure that, this data not negatively affect its health aspect (Suratno, 2018). However,
after by accessing this data, existing patient will enable to get aware about its present health
status.
These all are key strategies to newly re-registered nurse for providing the best and productive
healthcare support to is patient.
CONCLUSION
It can be concluded that an effective leader of nurse will help or support to registered
nurse and will make RN stress free by using its various effective attributes. There are some
productive strategies also has been mentioned here in this report which RN should be adopted in
its personal life make patient very healthy.
