INTORDUCTION
Aspiration is generally a hope & ambition for achieving and getting something. It can occur
when the defences have been aspirated & impaired for the contents of having the large amount.
This report will study the ideal job of mine and also gives an proper job description. Further, it
will examine the resources that can help in searching the ideal role (Blake and Patterson, 2015).

My ideal job.
 Ideal job - Nurse
 I am interested in the sort of the job because it is very challenging, interesting & also it
makes so many differences in daily lives of individuals. In this profession of nursing I
can deal with so many types of people and help other needy people and also think about
so many aspects of the patients and care about them. I can really enjoy this kind of job. I
always help others and also nurses are always been well respected with others. I want to
care about the patients and also want to save lives and bring smile and happiness on other
face. I am interested in this sort kind of job because I enjoy and like the variety of
routine.
 I would like to work with NHS in UK because where I can serve in better ways ( Lea and
Cruickshank, 2017).
A job description for this role.
 I can do so many things in nursing role where I become care giver for all the types of
patients and also manage & helps the physical needs, treating the health conditions of the
people and prevent the illness. I can play so many significant role in the clinics, hospitals
and also in the private practices. I can do so many things for the patients where I can deal
with so many people daily and helps them for making healthier life. I can communicate
with so many people daily with a smile ion face so that they can take the positive wives. I
can help the doctors in critical situations of the patients and also at the time of operations.
 The future time of nurse will be great because there are lots of opportunities and changes
comes in future for the nurse where nurse gives so much better services to individuals
and it becomes so much unique among each one in the health care profession. There are
so many path ways of education to lead the new entry for giving the licence of practising.

In future there are so many roles and responsibilities has explored for the nurses and
properly meet the demand of care that increases and also it will create an health care
reform for making the advance improvements which is good for the public and hospitals
as well (Paradis and et.al., 2017).
 This changes might affect the people looking for working as nurse because from lots of
changes comes in the hospitals and education of nurse there are so many things which
positively changes the set of mind towards the nurse of people where they also like to
work as nurse because from changes in the education of nurse. It also thinks that there are
so many contributions which given by the nurse and from effective changes it gives a
next level to nurses.

nurse job because it shows the availability of the person and also uses of internet along with the
communication and information technologies that easily change the way of nursing
professionals. From updating properly on Facebook helps in identify the right kind of job
according to the person.
Agencies:- There are so many agencies which helps in seeking the nursing job. From
communicating and giving the resume to the agencies. They help in searching the perfect job for
this role. Where agencies helps the nurse for providing the right kind of job at right time.
Agencies had already contracted with so many hospitals and clinics and there is any of vacancy
and nurse required then they inform the person for applying their and give them a opportunity to
try their and get the best job.
E-jobs:- This is the best way to search for a nurse job because it shows all the details an
information about the person and also the qualities has been written on the site of their own id.
There are so many websites which helps the nurses in searching the right kind of job. Where the
nurse can post their resume and CV about of their own and career. There are various types of
online-websites such as LinkedIn, Indeed.com etc. which is very good for searching the job
(Sekse, Hunskår and Ellingsen, 2018).
