Introduction
In this report, there will be a description of a situation regarding a nurse job. This
report will enlighten the ideal position, which is determined to a nurse after
graduation. In this job, an excellent job determines that if a nurse job will be acquired
when an individual wants to learn from its day to day activities. It occurred when an
individual achieved after implementing more efforts. The other is a job description, in
which candidate need to enable its job and the responsibilities. It ensures that an
individual must need to work on organization culture. This report will also explain the
person specification like a nurse must contain some specification. It ensures that an
individual will fit into a specific job. This report will be focused on ideas generation
and how an individual achieves its idea job by utilizing such resources like job portal,
advertisement and other sources for finding employment.

a) What is your ideal job?
The ideal job is the perfect job for me after graduation because, in graduation, I
evaluate my skills that I am useful in the treatment of the patient, advising regarding
their sickness and give emotional support to them. According to my opinion, the ideal
job is that work in which an individual, learn and contribute its major part for
organisation goal. As a female individual, this is the perfect job for me, which give
me respect, I like to take care of patients and individual, and it also maximises my
professional growth in future. This job will maximise planning and procedure
approach, which makes me dedicated towards my professional approach. My ideal
job makes my dream come true. For this reason, I required to adapt to nurse job,
which can improve my communication skill and with it can improve my decision-
making skills. This ideal job makes me satisfied with my upcoming opportunities. It
can avoid my frustration towards the job because it was my dream job, and I am
ready to take the opportunity. My daily activities will help me to learn, which enable
my future and increases my skills in the nurse job (White, et.al., 2019).

b) The job description for the role
Nurse Jobs are not only depending upon treating the patient in an appropriate
manner. It helps to advise injured or sick individual. Their advising helps from
precaution from the major decision. It helps me to take care of other individuals. In
this job, the nurse needs to provide emotional support to the p0atient and its family.
Emotional support includes that patient will take care soon, and it provides
information regarding medicine. The nurse needs to take care of all the paperwork,
which is regarding the patient disease. It helps doctors during patient treatment;
diagnose disease, taking care of the patient. Nurse role is to give medicine, provide
glucose or blood. Its contact is from the clinic, hospitals, and other large hospitals.
Many of the nurses provide their service to the houses and guest houses. In this
case, the nurse provides its service to a specific individual. Home take care is a
more effective approach for patient treatment. In this job, an individual identifies its
different advising skills, which are utilised at the right time (Fulton,et.al., 2019).

c) Brief summary of person specifications and how you qualify for the job.
For the nurse role, individual preferable as female and its qualification must be
graduation in nursing. Candidate must have a polite nature and having good listening
skills. Effective communication must be required for an individual. Applicant must
have skills for staff motivation and team building. Candidate must have acquired
good grades in graduation (Coffey and White, 2019).
 Nurse needs to find this job on online job portals or from newspaper
advertisements.
 When a candidate identifies the respective job in an efficient hospital or take
care centre.
 There will be a written or online test in which contain general question
regarding academics and the logical thinking
 When it’s get cleared, the will be a probation period time in which nurse
provides its service to the patients
 In probation tie, there is an on jobs training where a senior nurse helps to
determine the job responsibilities
 It helps to determine to want an organization required
 In this time, the senior nurse told about the advising factor managing
circumstances which may occur during the treatment of the patient (Evans
and Gray, 2019)

This report concluded that nurse job is deterministic for a female candidate. It helps
to grow in its professional career. The job role description for the nurse job is to that
it will be an ideal job when individual works for a long time to attain this success. This
report identifies the job responsibilities or job description of a nurse job role. For this
purpose, it observes the long term activity of the individual. It also determines that
the online portal and other advertisement sources are helpful for finding the job. And
the academic knowledge and other life experiences help in qualifying the job. This
report was helpful for maximising the knowledge for the nurse job role.
