From the assessment test, I noted that, I have a few qualities that I can use to set change
in my current workplace. For example it can be said that, I can promote the ethical practices and
policies in my current workplace as some patients complained about breaching of ethical
practices during their hospital days. Therefore ethical policies should be maintained in the
hospitals (Grace, 2017).
Leadership Goal and implementation
As a part of the leadership development, I will like to strengthen my skill of time
management as it is very important to utilize time as it is associated with patients’ health (Porter-
O'Grady & Malloch, 2105). So I need to brush up this leadership quality in future. As a part of
this time management program, firstly a daily schedule should be made (Weiss & Tappen, 2014)
and I will follow that schedule seriously. In addition, a few boundaries should be identified to get
rid of from the bad distractions.
