INTRODUCTION
The health care sector is defined as he businesses which perform the function of providing the
medical services, production of equipments related to medical or drugs, provide medical

the skills and clinical challenges of nursing practitioner.

diagnose disease. laboratory test, formulate and prescribe the treat plan. A Nurse practitioner

day. Time management is also essential (Pleshkan and Boykins, 2022). This will keep the
patient from having to wait too long for NP visit, which can ruin NP first impression.
Once mastered, this skill is a simple way to reduce stress, get enough sleep, and live a
healthy lifestyle. This only enhances the quality of care NP provide and the enjoyment
NP derive from it.ď‚· Flexibility: Clinical work is not always predictable, necessitating the use of adaptable
nursing staff. Flexibility is a necessary skill for caregivers in order to think quickly,
provide quality care, and maximise their time. As NP gain experience, NP will notice that
there are specific clinical scenarios and patients who can predict what will happen based
on signs and symptoms. This, however, is not always the case. Also, life can get in the
way. Perhaps NP coworker has an emergency and NP need to pick up half of his patients
that day. There could be a patient in NP neighbourhood who is without power and

and a flashlight while she was performing an examination.
ď‚· History Talking: I have a good medical history on occasion, so the more detailed it is, the
better. NP can provide more than just a physical examination. This is also where NP will
get to know NP patient. This is an essential step in the process of developing a patient-
healthcare relationship. Maintaining a patient's medical history is an essential nursing
skill. It makes no difference how good NP physical examination skills are. If detailed
information about a patient's past, family history, current illness, or medication is not
gathered, they cannot be properly diagnosed, and clinical symptoms may be missed. It is
critical to their overall health. This is one of a nurse's skills, as a quick medical history
limits the time available to contact the patient before performing the procedure.

expensive. One of the most difficult challenges for caregivers is not bringing these
emotional situations into the home (Jackson and Lopez, 2018). Checking in with NP at
the end of the day is one of the best ways to separate the emotional aspects of NP work
from NP personal life. What difficulties did NP face today? Where is the headroom?
How can I take this home with me? What are NP coping strategies if NP have to take it,
and who is NP support system? The best way to deal with the emotions that arise from

discussing shift schedules during NP interview. Making the most of NP vacation time

do NP like to do in NP spare time? Even if the holidays are on Tuesday and Wednesday,
find a way to make it feel like a weekend. As with any job, the support system is critical.
Understanding how important NP work is to NP and having people in NP life who

what a person requires, but it does not always appear to be the case. If NP're having
trouble working with someone, contact them directly and ask what they want when they
ask for assistance. This not only assists NP in identifying the root cause of the problem

expectations, needs, and frustrations by expressing NP and building relationships. Before
accepting a job, one of the best things NP can do is try to evaluate these dynamics. The
interviewer inquires about how everyone collaborates and how their career wants NP to
be a part of it. Are NP working on NP personal development? Do they want to not only
help NP when NP need it, but also give NP the confidence to make NP own decisions?
Have NP previously worked with a nurse? How did NP find the experience? These types
of questions will assist NP in evaluating it before NP become engrossed in the culture of
NP workplace.

From the above report, it has been concluded that the nursing practitioner is required to
focus on their practice along with the educational qualification. In the respective field, it is
necessary to have proper skills in order to play the role of NP in an effective and efficient
manner. The practitioner is required to develop the skills within themselves in addition to this, it
has been also analysed that the nursing practitioner will face several clinical challenges while
performing their role in the hospital. The respective skills will help them to overcome from the
challenges.
