3. In the workspace below, type a one page (double spaced) summary of the article you
read. In your summary, make sure and use in-text citations, including page numbers
if you use a direct quote. Remember, even information that is summarized must be
cited to avoid plagiarism.
4. At the end of the summary, type the reference to your article in correct APA style.

evidence-based project. The common practice change will be a revision of standards so that the
nursing professionals can comply with the stands, revision of the documentation forms in the
clinical setting (Constance Donovan & Knobf, 2009).. In order to implement the changes and
evaluate effective implement, audits can be used where clinical nurse specialist would be the
agents in the process. The author suggested that implementing practice change will offer a
