Discussing priority problem for Mr Ng
cold and cough: due to this issue Mr Ng haven't sleep full night. He is complaining that he is
suffering from major coughing. As it is observed that cold and cough is the major symptoms of
covid 19.
Chest pain: Mr Ng has also complaint that he is having severe pain in right chest which is
connected with inspiration. If it is not cured at right time than it can lead to respiratory issues.

Nursing assessment to conduct on MR Ng.
Physical examination: Mr Ng should have gone through physical examination daily to check that
how they are feeling. It can be done by asking him if he having any problem. Checking his
temperature and heart rate on daily basis.
Nursing diagnosis: it is very important because he is having background of hypertension and
along with that he is also suffering from hyperlipidaemia (Kua, Mak & Lee, (2019)). Nursing
diagnosis will be helpful in finding out any issue if it has occurred or any changes in the body of

Prevent fall:
it is also vital and nurses should take care of that for all the patients. It is also noticed that some
patient have high risk as compare to others. Nurses should ensure that they take care of their
patients so that they does not hit their deck. This can be prevented by using call bell on every
