Ethics are known as the standards of moral judgement as well as professional conduct
activities which are followed by every profession.in context of nurses, it is very important to
work in ethical manner as they are accountable for public, patients, employers as well as entire
medical profession. I have analyse that it is imperative for understanding and evaluating legal,
ethical as well as professional issue while facing the career development. I've concluded that
there are 3 primary duties for a Norse and these are duty of autonomy, duty of care to all the
patients and confidentiality of all people. It is very important for me to complete these duties and
supplement the principles of beneficiary. This means that I will promote and do all good for
patient’s interest and wellbeing. It is important for me to take care of all my patients thoroughly
and advise them when they are in any dilemma. For a person in medical profession, it is very
important to provide the best and perfect suggestion so that patient will feel comfortable and will
get better soon. There are some professional duties which I have to perform by following all the
legal regulations and rules. It is analyst from a study conducted in 2001 that there are perceived
needs for more advice on ethical dilemmas within a medical profession. Then there are increased
legal cases and public enquiries, there are several results which are faced by clinical Ethics
Committee sand research ethic committee. There are also constantly changing values within
medical profession and behavioural science. These indicate that it is important to be aware about
new ethical issues within medical profession and learn how to respond in an appropriate manner.

I've analyse that within nursing practice there is upholding of code of ethics and it is
governed by following disciplinary guidelines. These are managed by governing body and
having more impact upon legislative entities within medical issues. According to the Department
of Health, there is issuing of health service circular which provides information about
requirement of new nursing education program. This is associated with nursing and midwifery
order 2001 which states that there is establishment of effective standards and requirements of
nursing education for managing the ethical issues. While working in NHS, it is concluded that
there is establishment of parliament for protecting public as well as regulating the medical and
nursing professional standards by using the register of medical practitioner. According to the
register there is act for allowing the General Medical practitioner to monitor different entry for

profession by attaining the standards which are required in treating any person. There is need of
monitoring fitness to practice proceedings for ensure that all practitioners are maintaining high
standards of conduct. According to NMC, There are several guidelines which are followed by me
as a nurse for expecting the duties like medical research obligations , confidentiality, autonomy
and consent rights. Dinners in practice has to be managed effectively for complying and
individual level with the regulations and guidelines on regular basis. There are standards for
conduct , ethics and performance which are related to a particular profession. It is important for
me as a nurse to undergo education and maintain personally which indicates that I am
performing well and if not then I am provided training for following ethical standards. According
to General Medical Council, I got to know that role of protecting the patient and public by
maintaining a register of medical practitioner is very important. It is associated with monitoring
complaints about medical practitioner. There are basically 14 key concepts which provide outline
for ethical standards and responsibilities. There is also guidance on different areas including
confidentiality, consent and withdrawing off treatment. There is also guidance for recognising
the law and referring the GMC guideline on confidentiality.
Explore the role of nurse as a clinical educator
In a healthcare institution, a nurse instructor, also termed a nursing career development
consultant, is accessible for a range of teaching and growth functions. Many of their practise
involves ensuring that workers in their particular units also had the expertise and experience to
excel. This indicates that they'll have to work with building owners in order to define the

research. The aim of this research is to examine the actions of patients through multiple
therapies. When conducting this research, I consulted various papers and books. I extracted
information and data from numerous secondary sources. I have done my utmost to gather
appropriate and authentic knowledge that will help maintain the study work in a constructive
way. This thesis was undertaken to examine emerging patterns in the treatment of individuals. I
have tested that when overseeing the completion of study, my research and communication
abilities are improved. For the collection of secondary data, I used a variety of secondary
sources, such as journals , books, papers, publication research, etc. These are useful sources for
me when I need qualitative information. I have concluded that research work is properly planned
and managed by me so that I can attain the goals within time. This is essential for me to manage
the work and enhance my research skills.
Feelings: I keep inspiring and empowering myself to successfully execute the study tasks. It
will allow me to better plan research efforts and produce the desired outcomes. Enhancing the
analysis work by relying further on data and knowledge obtained from secondary data sources is
really important for me. Managing and designing research tasks in a proper sequence is
important for me so that I can complete the research in a defined time. When completing the
study work, various websites and publications related to patient behaviour are considered. When
I was sad, I tried to inspire myself. Study operations need to be regulated so that objectives can
be attained. Via my tutors, I feel good and inspired through my study project on mental capital.
They felt proud of me as I needed to compile data from respondents. I thought that job
satisfaction is essential to workers because it raises metal capital in the workplace, which
influences the efficiency and competitiveness of the company. I felt anxious during the gathering
of data from the respondents who directly influenced my results, which culminated in the
execution of the project in an allocated time and structured way. While conducting this inquiry, I
still felt some worry. The time provided for the execution of the current project was not adequate
for me to face a challenge. This problem affects my results adversely when I systematically and
effectively complete the entire project.
Evaluations: I analyse my strong and weak point that influences mine by doing this
analysis while conducting mental and physical health studies. I think that, in listening skills, time

management skills and several other talents, I am exceptional. Communication abilities have
allowed me to obtain information from the respondents when I need it. I accomplished the study
goal and goals by transmitting all knowledge about the research goal and objectives to the
respondents. My time management capacity is also strong, helping me in completing and every
research task within a given period of time. Therefore, I quickly accomplished the entire project
and achieved the aim and aims of the investigation with the aid of these abilities. I also assess
that I am not good at effectively communicating all details that leads to confusion of the subject
among respondents. This has a detrimental impact on my level of success when I tried to
successfully complete all of the research tasks. I assessed that when selecting the appropriate
analysis process, selecting the sample size, analysing data via the appropriate analytical
instrument, etc., I lack sufficient decision-making. In this case, I have realised that I am unable to
make correct choices.
Analysis: I analysed after doing this investigation that because of my time management and
leadership abilities, I quickly accomplished the study's goals and objectives. I analysed because,
since I do not have sufficient communication abilities, I am unable to obtain data from the
respondents. Therefore, for me, relational skills were productive and helpful in gathering
relevant knowledge or evidence from respondents regarding mental health. I also examined that I
needed various amounts of secondary references, including posts, journals, publication analysis
and many others, when I wanted secondary data. Through using these outlets, I quickly obtained
secondary data that was helpful to me in achieving the aims and objectives of the study.
Conclusion: It is inferred that if I were to have an ability in the future to undertake such
research, then I would have to work on communication skills and research abilities. In order to
obtain optimal outcomes for research aims and targets, they have to be handled properly. Good
preparation has to be handled and developed so that analysis work is managed. I assume it is
reliable to perform secondary research as data is taken from known sources. It is shown that in
order to perform successful testing, research practises are carried out properly. Researchers must
determine and interpret the study goals in order to achieve the desired outcomes. In order to
successfully achieve the study work, there is a need for a proper strategy.
Action Plan: This is a final step of the model of Gibbs that aims to successfully strengthen
vulnerable areas. I'm not good at communicating research results in a structured way. This
adversely affects my results. There is a need to improve my presenting skills. There are various

approaches that I could use to enhance my data presenting ability. These approaches are data
verification, providing simple priorities, graphic presentation, finding the correct map, etc. For
me, all these are more productive and important ways to enhance my presenting ability. This will
assist me in providing the chosen respondents with full detail on the study purpose and
objectives. I'm going to try to get some arts and culture in my life to strengthen my decision
making skills, grow my programming or language skills, get social online, etc.
Research the role of clinical governance in practise
The concept of clinical governance includes functions that help uphold and strengthen
high levels of patient treatment. Nursing workers may also be acquainted with some of these
practises, such as improving efficiency and safety. The attempt to tie these operations together
and make these more successful is what is new. Health care companies now have a responsibility
to ensure the standard and protection of care for the people they represent. Whatever structures,
procedures and protocols are placed in motion by an entity, it must be able to demonstrate proof

communicate with my team members and efficiently delegate operations and tasks. I have
analyst that compassion and empathy are most important as they help in working directly with
patients in effective manner. There are effective nurse leaders like me which requires strong
problem solving and critical thinking skills to manage daily work activities. The nurse managers
are not typically associated in directing patient care but there is need of focusing upon handling
daily operations and supervising staff members. This position requires an understanding of
nursing management and there is need of properly managing the budget. I have to oversee day to
day operations and supervise the training for team members. I have to work with several
stakeholders for optimising care and meeting budget requirements. There's need to design and
manage a budget for efficient working. There is need of designing as well as managing day
insurance and other imbursement and it is important for nurses to oversee electronic health
record systems properly. There is also need of hiring and evaluating nursing staff properly.
There's need to collaborate with different managers for achieving the optimal patient results and
outcomes. It is also important for me to manage the communication effectively and taking care
of different stakeholders. There is need to emphasize upon task oriented individuals who are able
to manage the responsibility of mentors for staff members and reporting them efficiently. There
is also requirement of nursing leadership and management roles for commitment and in depth
knowledge of medical field. As a nurse manager and nurse leader, there are several benefits from
cultivating managerial as well as leadership qualities. It is very important for me to communicate
with staff and motivate them to work in a proper manner stop I have to think creatively as well as
critically for managing my work. There must be focus upon innovating new work flows and
delegating tasks. It is also important to show compassion for other people and make several
decisions. It is also required to mentor as well as teach other people for benefiting patient care.
There is need of solving problems and overcoming several difficult situations.
