have to go out of control. This is regarded I feel that it is most difficult issues that everybody
usually face. In this regard the self defence mechanism will be the one that includes talking to
them personally where it will help them to understand what the situation is that let you to stay
away from the consequence. By dealing with their emotional state upon explaining the factors

that were evolving in you at that particular time will also change their aggressive behaviour and
their way of response towards.

By not denying the realistic fact that has happened I would want to confirm my stress that trigger
doubt during the situation. I will not let the situation outrage by my facial expressions because
that is also one of the root cause of a person's anger to increase. Maintaining everything on a
pleasant basis I would pass that situation in a more skilled manner.
