When I was a nursing, I had faced a situation, where, I was bullied by a group of classmate.
Being an introvert person, my communication with my classmates was highly limited. For
this, a group of students, who were popular in the clss, stated bullying me by giving me
names as well as by abusing me verbally. However, they lacked the courage to physically
abuse any one. Initially, I got really upset and decided to leave my collage. My friends took
me to psychologists in order to help me out. There, I understood that running away from

that bullying in the nursing profession possesses the potential to lead to psychological trauma
that includes self-doubt, fear, paranoia, and anxiety along with physical issues that include poor
sleep and even higher stress levels for the nurse being victimized. In order to deal with bullying
in the workplace, the management must impose effective rules and regulations and ensure
