Justification for the chosen model
The Stetler Model would be chosen as the beat model for implementation in healthcare
organizations because this model tends to provide detailed data on how evidence could be used
for the purpose of bringing about changes within an organization. This model not only helps in
the usage of authentic data but also helps the organization in carrying out the changes based on
the strategies that would be effective in nature (McEwen & Wills, 2019). As per the data
