to cater their patients. By highlight this approach, the study will cover basic considerations of
legal and ethical concepts that need to be adhere with nursing care services. After focusing on
ethical frameworks, the study will cover description to the basic aspects of health care and
nursing services according to the Australian healthcare settings or system.
INTRODUCTION
The presented report will derive some basic implication related to healthcare services that
need to be delivered to elderly patients. Patient centered approach for nurses is the most desirable
care plan that need to focus on biographies of patients are going to be treated (Ellis & Rawson,
2015). It includes the treatment procedures with utmost friendly behavior and It will rely on the
fact that there must be an inclusion of proper legal and ethical framework to implement any
healthcare plan for patients.

The content of the study will revolve around a particular patient suffering from scoliosis.
It has described standard working pattern of nursing staff to act upon the principles of person
centered approach of care. This report is based on the problem faced by Joan and her health
status that need to be properly assessed within the nursing where she has been shifted to.

CONCLUSION
